Good Holdings Construction Company was founded in the 1980s in Freeport, Grand Bahama, with a simple mission: build homes that stand up to island life. More than four decades later, that mission hasn't changed.

We're a locally owned, family-operated company. Every project — from a single-family home to a named development like Ellie's Place — is built by our own crews, with our own hands, to our own standard. We don't subcontract the things that matter.

Our builds are concrete block, reinforced for hurricane code, finished with standing-seam metal roofs and materials chosen for the Bahamian climate. We've weathered every storm season since the '80s — and so have the homes we've built.
